A real-world structure we adapt for each couple: elders stay rested, younger guests get an adventure, and every function lands in the best light of the day.

Day 1: Arrival

Coaches leave Delhi-NCR in the morning, check-in and a welcome lunch, then a riverside mehndi and bonfire sangeet (outdoor music till 10 PM, indoor after-party beyond).

Getting There, Permits & Practicalities

By road

Delhi → Moradabad → Kashipur → Ramnagar, about 250 km or 5–6 hours. The easiest option for most families and coaches.

By rail

Trains run to Ramnagar station, with limited direct options. Check timings on IRCTC.

By air

Pantnagar is the nearest airport, roughly 80 km away with limited flights; for many guests, flying into Delhi and driving is simpler.

Permits

Functions on private resort property generally need no forest permit. Permits apply to safari entries inside the park, booked through the official Corbett booking portal, and we handle these for your guests. If alcohol is served where the venue has no valid bar licence, a state excise permission is usually needed; we arrange it in advance.
